This used car lot is not transparent and will tell you whatever you want to hear to get the sale. If a deal here seems too good to be true, it absolutely is. They will claim vehicles have clean titles, then show you old or misleading documents as “proof.” Do your own research — the cars most likely do not have clean titles. Based on my experience, it appears many (if not most) of their vehicles have rebuilt or branded titles, and they will do everything possible to hide that information. *BUYER BEWARE* The 2018 Nissan Frontier (VIN 1N6AD0EV8JN745710) is falsely advertised as having a clean title. I was interested in purchasing this truck (and despite my better judgement after reading multiple similar negative reviews/experiences), I went to this car lot to inspect the truck and test drive. Stereotypical used car salesmen here. They’ll tell you whatever they think you want to hear to get the sale. I bought a car from them and didn’t notice the crack in the windshield until the sale was final because that’s where they put the model year sticker. They told me they’d pay a portion of the replacement, but when I sent them the bill, I heard nothing!
On March 1st my daughter bought a vehicle for over 13K. She worked with Sam Trevino as the sales associate. The vehicle was purchased and approximately 40 days post purchase the car began to malfunction. This resulted in the vehicle issue being investigated. Two things werw discovered. 1. The title on the vehicle is branded. This was absolutely not disclosed at any point during the buying process as required per law.
