Stereotypical used car salesmen here. They’ll tell you whatever they think you want to hear to get the sale. I bought a car from them and didn’t notice the crack in the windshield until the sale was final because that’s where they put the model year sticker. They told me they’d pay a portion of the replacement, but when I sent them the bill, I heard nothing!
On March 1st my daughter bought a vehicle for over 13K. She worked with Sam Trevino as the sales associate. The vehicle was purchased and approximately 40 days post purchase the car began to malfunction. This resulted in the vehicle issue being investigated. Two things werw discovered. 1. This guy sold my son a lemon knowingly and wittingly. He has no desire to right wrong, has screwed my son a college student, out of more than $6000.
I bought a vehicle from this dealer and I feel that they were honest and that I paid a fair price. Very pleased with the vehicle that I purchased.
To say I am disappointed in this dealership would be an understatement. I have been looking for a specific vehicle for several months, when I saw the vehicle I was looking for on their site I was ecstatic. Since I live several hours away, I attempted to call the dealership on the number they have listed on their site.
