Very unprofessional, they don’t treat clients like they’re a high end dealer, you’re better off going somewhere else if you can. I had put down a deposit for the Emira which Lotus said was fully refundable, however I decided not to move forward as I was unable to test drive the engine type since the I4 had a later release then the V6 and they were unable to push out my build, which I completely understand.
