PJ (owner) knows Redarc well and was very helpful in diagnosing TowPro issues on LC200. Mel too was efficient and courteous in booking in a time slot at short notice (we were en-route to Darwin). Couldn’t recommend more highly.
Sam and the team fitted us in at short notice to fix our 12 volt pump system in our caravan. Awesome service, friendly and very knowledgeable as they had to put in different pumps and adjust to fit. Got us back on the road in no time. Highly recommend to anyone
Great service!! Good communication and friendly staff. We had some issues with our battery while on the road and could immediately go to the workshop. They helped us immensely and did a free load and discharge on our battery. Since the battery was still in a good state we ended up paying nothing!
I took my Mitsubishi Pajero to these guys as the Aircon was not working potential leak. The guys put in the ink and within a couple of weeks, took it back to see where the leak was and found out. It was the condenser the guys ordered the parts in and got it fixed within a couple of days later as the part came in quick these guys were willing to drop me off home and pick me up to make life easier for me the customer service was over and beyond satisfaction. these guys are great, nothing seemed too much trouble for them, they squeezed me in and promptly fixed my problem, all the staff were extremely polite and helpful. I am very thankful for their help.
