Arrived from Melbourne with car air conditioning not working properly. It was 5 pm Friday 19th December. Suspected low on gas. I made about 10-15 phone calls trying to find someone to take a look and fix it. Richard was the ONLY person who offered to help. My engine fan gave out, resulting in my car overheating just under a week before Christmas. Worst possible timing, especially in this weather! I thought I was done for, especially since all the places I was ringing up were trying to overcharge me for a replacement.
