I'd never been to this place before, so I thought I'd give it a chance since I've been to other car washes and they're a total disgrace. This one doesn't deserve a single star. I paid the platinum, interior clean, carpet clean, but no, it wasn't like that. The windows were completely filthy. Never again! ❌️ I will never go back. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT. Was looking for a place to wash the snow salt off my SUV every where was packed except AutoSpa. Now I know why. This place is awful. The front and whole left side of my vehicle appeared to be untouched during the washing and blow drying process. I tried to explain it to the manager but she kept making excuses saying it's due to low water pressure from the snow. That is no excuse for the brushes not working. Never coming back, the manager clearly does not know anything about customer service. The only reason why I would come here was for the detail service Edwin provided, but he does not work here anymore. Do not waste your time coming here.
I usually go to this place since we do not have too many options in the area, is not a good service because this is not the first time that this happens, and unfortunately, the front desk person who I think is the manager doesn't have a good customer services.
