They finished up a diag and told me that they couldn’t do much about it at their shop. They didn’t charge me a thing, gave me some good options, and very clearly stated their limits. Great way to do business, and was very much appreciated!

They did a great job with the installation of my fiancées Draeger interlock system, but extorted extra money from him while doing so. He called and confirmed that it would be $200 for the installation. I heard it myself because I was standing right next to him at the time. He even told me after the conversation was complete and he had hung up. Then we arrived there and all of a sudden it was $300.
