i had 2 door speakers replaced & a subwoofer disconnected yesterday. took the car in at 10am & didnt hear from them until3:00pm. very rude people on the phone & in person. had the work done & when i picked up the truck & asked a few questions, they treated me like an idiot. i wont be going back! when i spend my money i expect a certain level of professionalism. this is not the place!
