This place is a joke I got a car that need a new tire had a big dent the side with 97 mils charging me 30,000 for this car high car payment and not worth it even with a trade in and money down was paying a lot

Scam, they send you a flyer that says you won cash. However the small print says pending a credit check. Sure enough they want to run your credit which will be a hard hit and your credit score will go down. Don’t go unless you plan to buy a car and even then I wouldn’t go. The only reason to go there is to see how many chumps walk in holding those flyers.
I bought a "17 Ram 1500. They gave me an IOU to fix her up. They got me NEW tires and running board. Replaced the brakes and rotors. Gave her a tune up. "Alex" is looking fresh and new. I really do love my new truck. AutoSmart in Medina is great. The people there made my shopping experience so much better!!!
I would never buy truck or vehicle from there again anyone buying cars or trucks from them buy or beware!!!! Please stay away. But if you buy a car or truck please take it to mechanic outside of there’s to have it checked. I did after they sold me a junk truck with a bad frame they didn’t want to stand good for it.
