Terrible delivery service. Dealership send me videos and photos of the vehicle prior to shipping it to us. No damage to wheels on the SUV , but when we received it the 2 rear wheels had minor scuffs and they refused to repair them $250 total to repair both. I sent gem videos and photos from the dealer showing no damage before leaving dealership. Do yourself a favor and do NOT USE this company for delivery unless you want your car damaged. Auto was a BMW X5 SUV.
They made our auto transport so easy. Having never using a transport company before they were very helpful and knowledgeable, updated us frequently and explained the process thoroughly. Would use them again and highly recommend!

So far I'm actually disappointed, my car was released to be picked up almost a week ago and when I reached out to someone all they said was it was marked as urgent and still have yet to hear anything.
I had a car delivered from a dealer in MD to NC. The whole process was very smooth. They communicated very well, have a great tracking system, and overall did a fantastic job.
