Would not recommend!! Purchased a vehicle 2k miles away, and given a date of pickup, the pickup date pushed 4 times and 2 different drivers with no communication to myself or the dealership unless I called to inquire. The delivery was a day late already but then also 2 hours past the scheduled delivery time, again with no contact unless I called. Very unprofessional broker. We transported the vehicle as agreed, delivered, and provided all required paperwork. However, payment has not been made. We have attempted to contact them several times with no proper response. Non-payment for completed services is completely unacceptable. Carriers beware before accepting loads from this company.
We completed a vehicle transport order for this broker and have not been paid for the service. Payment is now past due, and despite multiple calls, emails, and reminders, there has been no resolution. This kind of business practice is unacceptable and unprofessional. Carriers work hard and expect to be paid on time as agreed. We strongly advise other transportation companies to be cautious when working with this broker.
We’ve been trying for months to get our account set up with Autosled Inc., but the carrier relations team has been unresponsive and sometimes rude. We couldn’t get clear answers or next steps, and the whole experience has been really frustrating.
