Never never never never use this company! Incompetence at its best!! Problem after problem with no communication. They don’t care! Cost me over $500 more in storage charges because of their inefficiency!!! Govern yourself accordingly!
Unacceptable Support for Carriers Customer support response times are terrible—emails often go unanswered unless we chase multiple times. This is not how you treat your operational partners. It’s damaging relationships and hurting performance. We expect an immediate response and a clear plan to fix this. No excuses—just action.
