**update ** I am happy to be here to give an update. I spoke to the manager from this location on some things that happen. He is a true professional. I appreciate him taking the time to let me be heard with some concerning things I dealt with. I can’t speak for the other location but Neptune def go there. I had some timing issues with the payoff and other situation I weather not mention ( again nothing to do with my initial buying experience at Neptune). Had a great experience with Umair, Mike, and Igor. Friendly, personable, and patient, conversation felt organic and sincere. Willing to answer any questions and explore options. They were very helpful and great with communication through the whole process and I was able to walk out the door with my dream car on the same day. Definitely recommended.
