Took my Lexus to Auto Shades for window tinting. After picking it up I noticed the window trim was broken. Took the car back the next day and they agreed they had broken it and said they'd fix it. When they found out the replacement part was $500 they changed their mind and claimed they hadn't broken the piece and refused to repair the damage. I had to take them to small claims court where they lost and were ordered to pay me restitution. They never paid a penny and later filed bankruptcy to get out from under that obligatio... read more
