Bought brakes and rotors online in a package deal. Checked the specs as much as I could without taking the breaks off my car. Received the breaks and started putting them on my car. Yeah I feel the frustration from some of the customers on this autoshack stuff. I work in a billion dollar company and I work the returns department there as well and I'll never be as rude as the customer service people here at autoshack. When our customers order things wrong that they need to get major jobs done we go above and beyond to make sure their taken care of. It's called being a company that values our customers loyalty. Update: May 2026 The customer service reply was inaccurate as I still have not received a replacement for the item delivered damaged, nor follow-up after submitting a photo for the claim. I placed an order on March 26th. By the way, the parts are cheaper now than when I bought them. I received one package, damaged. The other package was kept by UPS, damaged.
