had a very disappointing experience with Auto Service AI. The level of professionalism was extremely poor, and the interaction became unnecessarily confrontational. Instead of addressing concerns respectfully, the staff used dismissive and abusive language, which is completely unacceptable for any customer service–oriented business. I called this company multiple times because I had a few simple questions about their services, and they didn't answer the phone and made it extremely difficult to get in touch with anyone. After a few days, I finally got through to someone, but honestly, I wish I hadn’t. The person I spoke with was rude, impatient, and had a clear attitude for no reason.
