Get everything in writing. I went in for a valve cover. I have coverage through Silver Rock. Told by Ray over the phone that I need a $950 brake service and an $80 oil change. My oil change isn't due for another 3k miles. I was told there is fee for an assessment when arriving to pick up my car after calling around and people telling me how ridiculous this assessment was.
