Avoid Autoscope if you value honesty and integrity. I brought my McLaren in to have it inspected before a sale, and Patrick Arnold who is known for being very dishonest and greedy claimed it had a water pump leak along with several other issues. This completely derailed a deal and costed me a ton in lost profits. Suspicious of their diagnosis, I took it back to the McLaren dealer, who confirmed that the car was in perfect condition with absolutely no leaks or problems. My experience with AUTOSCOPE has always been exceptional. However s staff has always been professional and knowledgeable.
Wanted to get a pre purchase inspection. Autoscope did a very detailed inspection which helped us decide to not move forward on the car we were looking to buy. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. Lobby is clean and bright. Wonderful place!
Can’t say enough good things. Whether it’s the Dallas or Plano location. They are the best at treating you like you matter. And the work is top notch. Recommended.
