Contacted the dealership 1 hour before arriving to verify vehicle was on site and was told yes. I was told to lie about that because it was not there and informed it was sold yesterday.
This has been a terrible experience. I found a truck I like and it seems I’ve had to beg to get them to sell it to me. I’ve told them I’m ready to purchase but because I want to use my own financing it seems I’m not a good sale anymore. Three different sales people. Ricardo, Issac and Patrick. I get two sheets where they tried to hide an extra thousand dollars in the tax. Pics posted.
