Get ready this is a long one. Bought my car and paid for their extended warranty they sold me. After less than a year and not even 20k on my car it had a catastrophic engine failure. A pushrod bent and a valve spring snapped and a piston head broke. Well extended warranty denied my claim due to “overdue oil change” which is crap because I sent them all the receipts showing I had all my oil changes done as they should have been. If I could give this dealership a 0 I would. They sold me a lemon and then denied fixing my car. Allison, Stephanie, Lilly, and the manager sucks and they don’t care about anything but the sale. Don’t trust this dealership.
