Like many of you, I can never reach a person when calling; nor by email. Today I drove there only to find the gate closed with a sign posted that they’re closed for “relocation.” A nice fellow from Alto, Texas, pulled in behind me, got out, and shared my frustration with this company during a brief conversation.
