I was promptly charged for repairs and services that were never performed. After numerous attempts at requesting a full refund, my calls, texts, and other communications are now completely ignored. Speaking with both the father and son, it is clear to me now that this entire situation was void of any pure intentions on their behalf. Took my car in to fix my door. Told him what I wanted & got it done within 3 hrs with no problems! Would recommend to anyone that need help with body damage. Will be back if need it!!
They did a great job with my truck and Juan Macias was great helped me all the way with my insurance to get my truck fix I definitely recommend this place very happy with the work that was done on my truck

I had the most amazing experience with April at Auto R Us. She was super informative, pleasant, and kept me updated on everything. She was super helpful with explaining why my repair was the amount it was and even contacted the insurance company directly for me. She is a 20/10, and I highly recommend.
