Unfortunately, same feedback as many of the recent reviews. Shop was great under old ownership, but since the sale they have butchered repairs from A/C to alignment, to ordering and installing wrong parts. Not someone to bash. I hope the business uses feedback to improve :(

I’ve been a customer of this shop for several years, mostly back when it was owned by Juan. Which I just found out through the Google reviews which makes sense. Did not realize it was now owned by Shauna. Communication Juan would drop random calls updating on shit that was wrong with the car. Now it’s different, personally i always felt I was bothering too much trying to get an update. Anyway, after not receiving replies at all, I just started showing up at the shop 30 minutes later.
