I stopped by the dealership with my 16-year-old son, who was looking for his first car. We were drawn to this place because of their low fair prices and impressive inventory. After test-driving the beautiful CLS 500 and X5, my son didn’t feeling it, but once we left, he told me felt very bad about not purchasing from them. James seemed like a really great guy during the purchase of our volvo for our son. However after driving the car less than 50 miles it had many issues with over $3500 in repairs needed. Tried to contact James regarding this and have gotten no response.
I emailed them three simple yes or no questions about a car… it was extremely underpriced so I wanted to learn more. They completely ghosted my inquiry. I got an automated response and that was it. If they were intending to look like shady used car salesman they certainly succeeded. And, Sorry, if you are phone people. If you are I would suggest telling people to contact you that way on your website. James was the most honest, knowledgeable and kind car salesmen I’ve talked too. He made the transaction quick and easy and explained everything with great detail. Could’ve have asked for a better experience.
