Really horrible car wash. It scratched and stripped huge chunks of paint off of my bumper. I found the paint strips in the car wash! The manager told me two times that they were fully liable and asked me to get estimates for the repairs. However, after finding out how much it would cost, the owner backed out of paying for the bumper to be fixed. He refused any attempts to compromise and solve the problem amicably.
