My truck went off the track and Charlie the manager said the employee that directed me onto the track was 2 weeks new. They claimed I was braking and he contradicted his own story when I told him “my taillights aren’t even on”. As brake lights come on when someone brakes. He said “I see that”. I signed up for the monthly service and love it! So convenient

I have the monthly pass and sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't it's very inconsistent and I've made several complaints about it and was told it's fixed.....we'll I'm having the same issue Management reached out to me and saying that they're trying to fix the issues so hopefully it'll get resolved.
