Great place nice people
Everyone is extremely helpful and nice at the Doylestown location. The manager is helpful and informative.
My 4 stars is like someone else giving 5. I always feel there is room for improvement. With that said, the overall experience was as normal as any other car rental organization. The car was pretty much as expected and so was the cost. I will definitely rent from there again because of the convenience and the courtesy shuttle.
Most horrifying experience ever. I had there vehicle for 10 days before they noticed that my auto insurance didn't cover for their vehicle damages.. How was that overlooked for 10 days....how did I get keys when I physically gave you my insurance info. At the office. Then they didn't care if I had no way home or not
