We had hired a mini bus from AutoRent during our entire time in Tasmania. Overall, I was satisfied except for a few things, notably the pickup/dropoff arrangements which marred the experience. Corresponding with them from the start was straightforward and clear. Response time was generally quick as well. However, when I asked for the vehicle dimensions, I was told to search online. Van was almost new, spot less and really well appointed-lots of towels, sheets, knifes, really ticking all boxes. As a bonus the staff was exceptionally nice and helpful at the start and end of the trip. Refreshing to be welcomed rather treated as a paying number ! Just spent 6 days driving around Tassie in the Mitsubishi with the slide on style camper . The Mitsubishi was more than enough for this application, effortless to be honest! Great service , easy transaction, and free shuttle bus supplied to pick you up and drop you back at the airport Everything is self explanatory with the camper ! Fully self contained. I’m giving 4 stars because I don’t believe anyone is perfect! Highly recommend auto rent Launceston Airport
The team are so friendly and accommodating. They have an impressive fleet of vehicles, which are well-stocked and user-friendly, perfect for getting around Tassie in comfort. Very reasonably priced and pick up and drop off is super easy and right by the airport.
Best campervan rental company in Tasmania, has consistently exceeded my expectations. Their prompt response, professionalism, and exceptional customer service have made them a reliable partner for my camping adventures. The hiace 4 berth we booked was brand new and very well equipped. I highly recommend their services and anticipate returning for future camping excursions.
