We purchased a used vehicle from Faicel. He was professional, responsive, and accommodating. He provided us a fair price and excellent service. This was the first vehicle we've purchased in Ontario, which is much more complicated than what we're used to being from Alberta. Faicel made the process easy. Highly recommended.
These guys can't even walk and chew gum at the same time. Brought my Land Rover to Autorebex several times over the past 18 months since moving to Ottawa, the first time for a water pump and timing belt replacement. In the process, they routed the wiring harness for the coolant temp sensor in a way that it rubbed up against the serpentine belt and chafed right through the wire. When I brought it back to be fixed, they didn't even realize their mistake, but they (mistakenly) replaced the sensor and gave the vehicle back to me... read more
