My car was brought there and when I came to take it back I noticed the loss of an amount of money and the goods I had left inside the car at the time of the accident I really did not appreciate this place
Unfortunately, Phil at Autorama failed to recognize the damage they caused while dragging my Audi A8 up & off the flatbed with hooks (instead of using the factory tow hook that screws into the bumper) or trying to jumpstart. The driver was nice & professional but he secured the hooks around the air suspension & broke it. The front air suspension reacted by immediately inflating to maximum lift making the car undrivable. Russ from Long Island... I broke down on I-95 with 3 kids in my car. Autorama tow did a fantastic job! Also, my car needed an alternator replacement. Maguel was a "true professional", he updated me several times throughout the process and was an absolute pleasure to work with. Not only was he great on the phone, upon my arrival at 8am this morning, he personally greeted me and reviewed the work on my car. Hats off to Miguel and the entire staff at Autorama...Highly recommend!!
