So my experience. I brought a car in for compliance 87000km rang rover. They Dismantled half the car for no reason in the process found a small dent behind the rear bumper that had previously been repaired nonstructural just cosmetic behind the rear bumper that’s fine. The disappointing part is that the inspector had his own panel shop and could have passed it with a different form beening not structural .
