Today we were able to meet Willie, he did an amazing job helping with the purchase of our next vehicle. He presented different options and was patient while we spoke about, what choices were best. He made sure it was a good experience and not just trying to sell a car. Thank you
The salesperson wouldn't allow me to view the vehicle that I inquired about then the dealership ran my credit without notification. I wasn't informed about anything that was going on & was not allowed to view the vehicle that I was there to see. Terrible business practices & service!!!
Set up an appointment, and Willie was extremely helpful and willing to answer any questions I had. They also took my trade-in at a good rate, and I was able to get a car in seemingly great condition. Will update in a few months if anything changes, but so far, pleasantly suprised with the experience.
I had a pleasant experience with Rachel Smith! The purchase was a very streamlined process and afterwards Rachel was able to answer my question and provide me with documentation regarding my vehicle no problem!
