I have had (and continue to have) a terrible experience with AutoProject. I initially put down a deposit on a 2013 Crown and the sales guy Harry was a very approachable and friendly person, until I signed the paperwork of course. After that he was entirely uncontactable and when I did actually get hold of him it was excuse after excuse. Purchased a new imported vehicle from this dealership. Unfortunately, shortly after delivery the car developed a serious oil leak and became undriveable. I contacted the dealership for assistance but the issue has not yet been resolved. I have lodged a formal complaint with Consumer Affairs Victoria and will update this review once the outcome is finalised. Sharing my experience so far to help others make informed decisions.

Great experience from start to finish. I’ve now purchased two cars from Harry and both have been excellent. The whole process was smooth, professional, and hassle-free. What really stands out is the service even after the sale — they genuinely look after their customers. Highly recommend! Thanks for looking after me again Harry.
