Like many people over the last year, if I could give -5 stars I would.
I needed a new battery, I just had my car jump started and was told to go to Auto Pro..... big mistake I was basically left stranded with a flat battery, they would not install battery or jump start me so will never be going back there...... a huge thank to friends that rescued me and to Bridgestones in Nuriootpa who did install a new battery for me.
They stocked the items I needed which is good as the auto parts distributor from my home town didn't
Tried to return some items I purchased for my son for his birthday ( not knowing he had already had the item and fixed his car) owner was arrogant, refused a refund or exchange. No wonder this business doesn't get repeat customers, they treat you with no respect or empathy. Simply keep replying, I won't do a refund. Pathetic manager owner, who needs to brush up on his people skills. Unlike most stores who print on their receipts refund/returns policies , this guy is too cheap to even do that!
