Most expensive sprints in Adelaide. Everytime I go there its frustrating. Literal 50% mark up on just about everything. Need motor oil? 50$ minimum. Edit.. 8$ each for a 10mm hose clamp. I stand by my original comment.
Customer service is beyond rude and the consistent reputation continues to show this. The arrogance toward customers is unfair, went in to return an item with a receipt $50 spent keep in mind here he had it under a $23 label and went I went back in 20 minutes later he pulled the label down. Had a slight tear in the box from opening. I even said I’ll settle on a partial rerun I just want some of my $50 back from a product I can’t use. Arrogant and don't price match. I suggest the extra drive to go to a decent store!
Rude and arrogant, it's no wonder he has to use a franchise rather than opening his own store in his own name because that's the only way it stays open Would love some other auto stores to come to Nuri and show this scared little man how they should be run Won't even price match any other auto store selling the same oil (not even on sale) all he could say is that AUTOPRO doesn't price match and this is his store his rules he doesn't have to follow Autopro policies or practices because he owns this store Typical short man syn... read more
BE VERY AWARE of RETURN POLICY !! On Monday 14/7/25 I purchased a Provent 200 Catch Can for my 2007 Nissan Patrol for $379 . After taking time off work on Tuesday 15/7/25 to fit the catch can , I realised that it wasn't going to fit in the location under the bonnet as in the instructions. On my particular GU 2007 Nissan Patrol there is a clutch booster line running through that area, which is a genuine Nissan installation from new.
