Just stopped in to Autopro Munno Para and I was glad to see plenty of Penrite promotional materials on the bollards outside. I had obviously found the right place as it was easy to source the particular oil grade/type I needed. The team member who served me was friendly and efficient. Not very helpful older bloke is arrogant. to order my part I needed to come into store to pay first then come back once it arrived. It’s not my first encounter with him but it will be the last as I will not be returning Never in my life have I ever had to come into store to pay to order my parts in. Lost my business instead now parafeild gardens gets my business even if it’s abit further travel but they are easy going and very helpful down there and they will call once my part arrives
Good customer service
Dropped by today after a failed attempt to get help at another car parts store the young lady behind the counter actually stepped outside the shop to help me with my 87 Mercedes Benz. She dived right into repairing a small piece of tubing connected to a fuel sensor. It saved hours of disassembly. Sometimes someone makes that extra effort where others fail. Thanks again you know who you are 🙂
