Helped me out a day before heading for the ferry. All staff understanding and friendly, including the dog!
Super helpful. I came in to book an appointment but that had a moment to put my car on the hoist, identified the issue straight away and replaced the back brake pads. Had work done previously with them and did a great job, (as opposed to DNA who took ages to find the problem, didn’t find the problem, fixed something that didn’t really need fixing and weren’t bothered that a week later and thousands of dollar later, car went into limp mode again). Save me a couple of times now. Had parts in stock for machines that would have taken a week to get from mainland. Plus the memorabilia is amazing.
My partner and I moved to Kangaroo Island for work, during our stay our car broke down and we tried our best to find a garage willing to help us. Taking into consideration that the issue was the gearbox (pretty big one) we figured they will take the time since we were willing to spend our money, which we did. They never helped us to find a gearbox, they went straight to the most expensive way of fixing it by rebuilding it without asking us first or giving us different options.
