Absolutely outstanding service and kindness. Our car broke down on Kangaroo Island just one day before we were due to leave, with the cooling system completely failing. Clive Hemmings, the owner and sole mechanic, went far beyond what anyone could expect. Against all odds, he managed to create a solution literally from scratch and put our Mercedes back on the road, allowing us to drive safely back to the mainland. Helped me out a day before heading for the ferry. All staff understanding and friendly, including the dog!
Super helpful. I came in to book an appointment but that had a moment to put my car on the hoist, identified the issue straight away and replaced the back brake pads. Had work done previously with them and did a great job, (as opposed to DNA who took ages to find the problem, didn’t find the problem, fixed something that didn’t really need fixing and weren’t bothered that a week later and thousands of dollar later, car went into limp mode again).
