I was shocked by the way I was treated. The owner raised his voice at me and slammed the product on the ground right in front of me — all because the item was difficult to source, which should be part of his job. What’s worse, I was given a different brand than the one I originally asked for, with no prior notice. Had I known, I wouldn’t have accepted it.
