Huge appreciation to Autopro Bentley this afternoon! I came in with a broken tail light on my Nissan Tiida, and these legends fixed it straight away. They only charged me for the tail light itself — no labour fee, no extra costs, just genuine kindness and real service.
Great customer service. Ricky was happy to have a look at the car and explained what I needed to get, even laying on the hot ground to get a good look. Legend!
Really difficult to find a better auto parts shop. Consistently 5 star customer service every time I've been there in the last 5 years or so. Always greeted with a smile as I come in the door by knowledgeable staff. They often help with installs of basic things as others have said in the comments, and the rare case where I was given the incorrect part I was able to exchange it for the right one with little trouble.
