Fast and friendly service
They are very knowledgeable and super friendly. They communicated regularly throughout the entire repair process. And for someone who knows next to nothing about cars, they didn’t make me feel like an idiot, which isn’t always the case! They also were able to complete my not insignificant repair in just a day, along with other regular maintenance, although they did have a rental at the ready if that wasn’t the case. Highly recommend!
As a single, senior lady it is vital to have a car and tire shop that is trustworthy and timely. I appreciate how accommodating Victory is with loaner cars and always going the extra mile.
I recently had my oil changed here for the first time since new owners. The entire team of mechanics and managers or fantastic! They listen to me about my vehicle issues, easily changed my oil and informed me along the way all with a friendly and welcoming vibe. Their knowledge base is phenomenal and I for sure will be back!
