Good service
A friend of mine went to this store to get some D shackles for their SUV to tow a small caravan. They somehow came back with a vehicle chain safety hook set, that was bolted in with a hammer. I don't know who the sales person was, but they clearly need training as they sold my friend the wrong product and took advantage of them being a first time tower.
