I was changing to LED for interior lighting but the manual was lacking size details. I asked Seb for advice, and using a rego search he ascertained the correct sizes for the 5 bulbs needed. Job done.. er....No! Seb then offered to fit them for me. First was a series of google searches to ensure the correct procedure and then he spent 15 minutes on the installation. I was very impressed. Seb made sure the fittings were extracted without harming the lining which was the big issue. Well done Seb. Paul
Clare Autopro are very uninterested in keeping customers. I went back to the store after 1 1/2 years to purchase a part. I was told by staff that I arrogant and the two staff members at the counter said that a lot of customers have bad attitudes, I thought to myself well that's your job to handle all types of customers and if you cannot handle that get out of the job.
