I spent close to a thousand pounds with this guy for new brakes and full service only to find 2 months later that brake fluid cap was missing while being mot then broke down on the motorway finding out again that my engine had no oil in it no coolant in the cooling tank and the oil filter had not been changed, I didn’t have any oil leakage or any water leakage, I’m not happy because I’m having to pay out more money for something I assumed had been done that I had paid for so not happy at all!!!!!

Don't trust them because they will take advantage of your situation... I had a very bad experience with them (John).. I had a collision at London Road, Stretton on dunsmore round about and my car got stalled, I called auto point for help John arrived within 45 minutes and inspected the vehicle and told me that the car may be dead and need to be take to his garage for a detailed inspection. He himself recovered my car to his garage and the next day he informed me that the car could be repaired but it costs thousands of pounds... read more

I will start with an apology to either John or Paul, I was travelling from Lincolnshire to Devon in my Motorhome 2 years ago, I was towing a trailer with a smart car on it, the trailer developed a serious problem which would realistically cancel our planned 2 week holiday, I’d just left the A14 on to the M6, I called Autopoint (Coventry), John / Paul arrived in good time , and proceeded to fix my trailer problem beyond his normal remit, I was so grateful to this mechanic for his work and ingenuity and promised him feedback, ... read more
