I bought a VW Passat Wolfsburg from here. John was very obliging with my requirements regarding delivery and test drive. There was no pressure and it all panned out good. I got a car that I wanted and in the condition I wanted. I would have given 5 stars if it had a bit more fuel in it. Good place to do business
Needing a reliable, well priced, vehicle to drive from Brisbane to Darwin led me to Autopoint and an exceptional gentleman called John Hammond. John had my trust immediately and the vehicle I have acquired from John goes above and beyond my expectations. My husband and I found our experience with auto point fast, efficient, affordable and seamless! Honestly, I can’t recommend them highly enough. We are so happy with our purchase and will definitely use their services again. Both before and aftercare was brilliant and it all happened within our timeframe! Do yourself a favour and give them a call !
I am really happy with the whole sale experience dealing with Autopoint. In the beginning with the clean presentation of vehicles without any pressure to purchase. I have also been astounded with level of after sales service. For example, where I have been unsure of ways of caring for my beautiful new Mercedes, John touched base with me on numerous occasions to answer all of my questions.
John was transparent and communicated well throughout the process, great experience and service buying my Mercedes.
