If you see this review please run away and don’t go to buy cars here because you will regret it for your entire life . This people asked me to add a review before I purchased the car Hyundai 2017 Santa Fee . First they have a very bad customer service skills and the car selling are all bad and very used . They are selling cars certified and the car breaks down a week after you pick up from the lot. And they refuse to help you after that. How are they still in business?!
Beware of this dealership. Purchased a car from them, the car broke down few days after picking it up. After a lengthy back forth struggle for them to pick it up and repair it, they sent someone to pick it up to take to their shop. While my car was in their possession, they incurred a speeding ticket, a parking ticket and a hefty 407 bill and an extra 1000 km on the odometer somehow. Where did they drive my car? This Autopluto dealership are bunch of liars and do not deserve any rating. I got a 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe sport from them recently and was told that everything about the car is in good condition as I live 4 hours away from Toronto and could not have the time to go and inspect it because of the distance and my job. I trusted Reza to deliver a good business because of the way we always talk over the phone only for me to go for the car pickup after signing all the financing paperwork and discover that the front bumper is damage... read more
