This is my first time using Autoplus to look after my car. It was an older car that I was gifting to my grandson and it had been sitting in my yard for about 18months. My new go to place. Incredibly warm and attentive service, the staff keep a calm and personal environment in store and are very cooperative and appreciative with your needs. What appealed to me most was the communication throughout my day of my car service. I was made aware of the problems and given the option to fix issues outside of whats expected of the service, without any pressure to spend more money. They make it easy :)
Our job wasn't a simple job or straightforward, but the team at Autoplus kept us in the loop of communication and went above and beyond to get the job done. In turn the car was inspected and did not have any mechanical fails at all! We will be returning to have our other vehicles serviced by them as we could not fault their service.
Highly recommend Autoplus Midland. Had my car serviced by Reece who was very knowledgeable and thorough. He found a split in my intake pipe and had it repaired quickly and my car feels brand new! Great communication and a fair price. Thanks again Reece and the whole team ☺️
