When my local mechanic who had looked after all my cars for fifteen years retired I was very concerned that I would struggle to find a similar level of honesty, transparency and service. I need not have worried. The guys who I dealt with at Autoplus in Midvale (Sasha, Karen and Alan) were delightful. They answered all my questions and provided clear answers and advice. I won’t be going anywhere else. Very highly recommended.
This is my first time using Autoplus to look after my car. It was an older car that I was gifting to my grandson and it had been sitting in my yard for about 18months. My new go to place. Incredibly warm and attentive service, the staff keep a calm and personal environment in store and are very cooperative and appreciative with your needs. What appealed to me most was the communication throughout my day of my car service. I was made aware of the problems and given the option to fix issues outside of whats expected of the service, without any pressure to spend more money. They make it easy :)
Our job wasn't a simple job or straightforward, but the team at Autoplus kept us in the loop of communication and went above and beyond to get the job done. In turn the car was inspected and did not have any mechanical fails at all! We will be returning to have our other vehicles serviced by them as we could not fault their service.
Took the 80series there boys did an awesome job on inspection, very clear and thorough. Didn’t try and oversell anything, good communication. Reece was helpful and gave good recommendations on what work should be carried outs vehicle report with pictures etc was helpful. Defiantly recommend
