Been taking my vehicles to Auto Plus for many years now & have 'never' had any troubles at all. The team are highly experienced & motivated in their work ethics. All the staff are a great bunch & very friendly & helpful. Everything is explained to you prior & then after the completion of work required also. Your 'never' kept in the dark on anything! Got the runaround from my dealership and found these guys through Google. From the first call, everything was easy. Friendly receptionist, simple booking, and clear upfront pricing. I was kept updated throughout the day and nothing was done without my approval. When I picked up my car, I was genuinely shocked — no charge. They couldn’t fix the issue, so didn’t charge for the diagnostic. Honest, transparent, and rare these days. Highly recommend.

I found this shop after a brief google of local mechanics and honestly the many positives reviews are well earned and speak for themselves. Took my partner’s car in for a service and had a genuinely great experience. The process was quick and well organised, even with a steady flow of customers coming through - the front desk team were friendly, approachable, and took the time to actually help rather than rush you through. Autoplus have looked after our families vehicles over many years. Their mechanics are the best and they look after your vehicle as though it were their own. I just sing their praises far and wide and have never had any reason or hesitation not to use them ...they really are the best and I highly recommend Autoplus to all and everyone.
