Called on Tuesday to book in for a car service for a general service for Friday. Dropped off car at 9am and left it there for the whole day. Was told in person to collect between 5-5:30pm. Was given no updates. Called around 4pm to get an update, no answer so went to pick up the car at 5pm to find the mechanic had closed and my car had been left unlocked at the mechanic. Over the past year, Autoplus have replaced a Suzuki Grand Vitara's clutch and repaired the AC on a Honda Jazz for me, as well as some general services & rego checks. Happy with comms, results & costs each time.
Very happy with service. Was able to see me the morning after calling and through in a free car wash and pink slip
