Called on Tuesday to book in for a car service for a general service for Friday. Dropped off car at 9am and left it there for the whole day. Was told in person to collect between 5-5:30pm. Was given no updates. Called around 4pm to get an update, no answer so went to pick up the car at 5pm to find the mechanic had closed and my car had been left unlocked at the mechanic. Brought my new EV to Greg and the team for it's first service. Was a little tricky to find a service centre for full electric vehicles but this was not a problem at all for Greg and his team. Amazing service by the guys here at AutoPlus! took care of everything. Ready on time. Excellent communication. Highly recommend for anyone to come here for both EV's and ICE's
Highly recommended. Greg is very friendly and finished my service and changing brake pads in one day for me even he works after hours (I picked my car at 6:15!) with a very reasonable price. He offered me a free pink slip as well because it’s due soon. And washed car for me. I definitely come back for next service!
Good mechanics are hard to find, great mechanics are like gold. Greg and the team at AutoPlus are pure gold. They continue to deliver outstanding service and high quality work every time I visit. I don’t often leave reviews but I felt compelled to leave a review here. You can trust these guys. Best service, affordable prices. You won’t be disappointed, highly recommend!
