Three attempts at four-wheel alignment (36 miles driven for each visit). Invoice was paid after the first attempt. Steering still pulls to the left in the UK roads; extra payment was requested for the third attempt despite no resolution. No road test was carried out on the first or second visit, and tyre pressures were not checked. The car drives perfectly straight in continental Europe, confirming that road-crown compensation — a standard part of four-wheel alignment on this vehicle — was not applied.
