Great experience from this dealership. Saw a car online and from the first interaction with a Ralph was exceptional. We came to the dealership and was then greeted by Eddie who took real good care of us. And even though we couldn't make a deal on my trade, Eddie went above and beyond to show me different options to maximize my trade in value. Needless to say the overall experience was great and I ended up with the car I had my eye on. I would definitely recommend them if you are in the market for a vehicle.
Ralph did a wonderful job, answered all my questions and was eager to assist me throughout the entire process; he even picked me up from home to show me the truck. Ed was fantastic. The financial backend office management process was quick and efficient. Ed went the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied in every way with my truck purchase, even days after the purchase. Went to Autoplex on Saturday 3/21/26 Saw a 2012 Honda CR-V test drove it and fell in with it. And was back to purchase it on 3/24/26 . Ralph was my salesman. He was nice, super friendly, and was very knowledgeable about the business, and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. Thxs Ralph for all your support.
