Eric (auto sales) and Justin (auto repairs) are quite amazing. I wandered in needing major engine repairs on my van. While I was there waiting for Justin (who was BUSY BUSY), I got to watch Eric with a few of his customers. There wasn't a single person who left without a smile on their face. Several were evidently long time customers, as they were referring to things which had happened previously, while they were talking. After finding an excellent 2016 RAM 2500 thru CarGurus at Autoplex in Tampa, Owner Eric set me up with a test drive. The truck was 8 yrs old, but absolutely handled like new. The truck was loaded with everything I wanted. I was so pleased with the exceptionally low mileage, in which the truck had been driven on average under 9,000 miles per year. Betwween Eric and Samantha, they expedited the purchasing process, saving me almost 4% less than my initial financing offer. Overall very pleased with professionals at Autoplex!
