Purchasing our haundai velostar from MCA is my worst nightmare. Within 3 weeks of financing we had go back to resign papers the day the finance company mailed check the engine blew in car. The salesman said, the car only came with factory warranty. He said, 100k miles. We found out after engine blew that was 100k mile for original owner. The engine fell under company warranty. I want to thank Ted Brown, Jason Rogers, and Ms. Price for all of their assistance when I purchased my vehicle 11/23.Mr.Brown was the absolute best salesman I've ever dealt with in purchasing a vehicle. I felt valued and not taking advantage of which is always a plus. The odds were really against me and he did what it took for me to drive away in a 2013 Jetta. If your looking for a new vehicle and don't want the run around like at most dealerships go to music city autoplex. Best fastest car being experience. They told me over the phone they could get me approved after doing a credit check. I went hesitantly because most dealerships tell you that to get you there only to tell you that you need a ridiculous down payment or that it fell through. Best experience I had all day looking for my husband a truck! Most men don't come out to even help me with a car. I already feel satisfied and I haven't bought a car yet. I'm telling my husband to check them out right now hopefully we return tonight! My dad (who worked on cars) taught me a lot and was very fair and kind to people.
