I paid almost 400.00 to this “company” for auto insurance on 3 vehicles. They EMAILED me my insurance cards but I never received my coverage certificate so I had no idea what my coverages were. I asked for the certificate to be sent to me…. Nothing! Now keep in mind, they had emailed me my cards, no problems. When my next bill was due and I had still never received my coverage certificate, and I had been asking for it, I called them. I was lied to…. 0 Stars! WARNING! WARNING! WARNING! Absolutely the worse insurance company EVER! Do not waste your money!!! The only thing its good for is having a piece of paper if the cops pull you over! They cover NOTHING! The claims department is complete trash! If you have this insurance company have a complete and full copy of your policy. Know EACH clause! Then if they do cover anything they will go the CHEAPEST ROUTE! TRASH! TRASH! TRASH!
