look elsewhere – be sure you get a WRITTEN estimate of charges because by verbal is worthless with these guys. work seems OK, but was twice what I was told. They seemed to be absolutely unconcerned and just said basically so what when I objected. if possible find another shop, you will be happy you did.
Horrible! – Went in with Coolant leak! They replaced the radiator for over $800. After driving the car to my sisters 20 miles I had to call AAA and have it towed back. Spent another $600 and it is still not fixed. Roger (the owner) seems to care...but the incompetence is unbelievable! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!
Girl friendly shop! – Excellent shop, esp for us girls!! I have been taking my BMW there for years. My daughter also brings in her VW. I love that Roger or Gary take the time to explain things to us. I really appreciate them helping my daughter keep her car running smoothly as well save as her much money as possible. Her jetta had an AC problem and the dealership told her it needed to be replaced. Autopia were able to quickly diagnosis the minor problem. This saved her hundreds of dollars! AUTOPIA is Great!!! – I know the guys at Autopia to be extremely professional and extremely competent and I would not hesitate to recommend them to everyone. They are also really good at customer service. I discovered them after having a bad experience at my local dealer (the dealer service mis-diagnosed my car and Autopia rescued me) and I havent gone anywere since.
Great Repair Center – Autopia has been really helpful to me. The guys (and gal) there really know my car and are very fair in their pricing and always get me in when I need service. I first came to them after another shop told me I needed to replace my engine and they made a minor repair and it never ran better!!!!! Thanks Autopia!!!!!
What a Great Shop – I get all my work done here and I have always been pleased. They are very professional and friendly and I have never had a bad experience. I highly recommended them.
Excellent Repair Shop – My family and I have had our cars repaired here for years (VW's) and have had nothing but the finest service for a very fair price. I felt like I had to leave a review after seeing some jerk post that he thought $50 to diagnose his engine light was too high (it takes more than checking codes like autozone). I have known Roger for many years and I can assure that he is the most honest, thorough, mechanic that I know of in the area and he is an absolute expert on german cars. EXCELLENT SHOP!!!!!!!!!!!
Keep Looking – If you are looking for a reputable mechanic keep looking. These guys are not it. I took my car in because it was running rough and the check engine light was on. They did not tell me that they were going to charge me $50 for the estimate. They could have told me that up front. They told me that I needed to change the sparks plugs and wires. ($297).
